Returns & Delivery
*** PLEASE NOTE Our offices are closed from 21st December until 3rd January - any orders placed between these dates will not be sent out until 3rd January.
The charge for UK delivery is £2.50-£7.50 (depending on weight) for standard delivery (2-3 working days) and £7.50 for next day delivery (excluding Saturday & Sunday).
Orders placed before 1pm will be processed that day, orders placed after this will be processed the next working day.
We will send you an email once your order has been despatched from the warehouse.
Large orders may be despatched separately.
Student kits will be sent to the delivery address provided when the order is placed or direct to the college if a bulk delivery is arranged. For bulk deliveries orders must be received 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. If your order is received less than 3 days prior to this date your kit will be delivered to your home address and a £10 plus VAT delivery charge applied to your order.
Your order should reach you in perfect condition and we hope that it is to your total satisfaction.
If your parcel arrives damaged please make sure that this is recorded when you sign for your goods.
Please check the contents of your parcel as soon as you receive it and notify us of any missing, damaged or faulty items within 48 hours.
Unwanted or faulty goods must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt. We will issue a returns number which must be clearly displayed on any correspondence and included in your returns parcel. We will then refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back. To return unwanted or faulty goods please contact Customer Services on 01325 341 603.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered them to you in error. We recommend that you request proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are damaged or lost on their way to us. Returned goods must be unused and in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty or damaged on delivery).
Please be aware if you return an item or report a missing item outside of our returns policy, we are not at liberty to refund or replace the product.
Where an item has a fault that was present when it was delivered, or a fault that appeared soon after purchase you may have the right to return the item for a refund or a replacement. These rights do not apply in respect of fair wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or where you decide you no longer want the item.
